DIM just contains the metadata from metadatavalue, whereas some other
item metainformation like its archival status (withdrawn or not), last
modified etc. is kept in the item table. For dissemination it would be
usefull to have access to this information. Including the handle as an
attribute in dim:dim, would allow this.
