I tried to replicate this just now on demo.dspace.org, and could not.
I will attempt to find dspace.demo.org's Cocoon/Dspace log entries from the
time Ricardo was able to reproduce.
If any other testers can reproduce this error on dspace.demo.org, or send in
log entries from successful reproductions of this issue, that would really help
in trying to track the problem down.
