I tried posting to solr every 10,000 (ie. each csv as it was written), with and 
without a commit straight afterwards, but it doesn't seem to have helped 
performance... guess I'll look more into solr paging since it does seem to be 
actual solr qtime that's increasing, not any dspace processing
