I kind of expected to be able to just go to wiki.dspace.org and find
my way to it, somewhere in the "for developers" block or right on the
Documentation page.

I just whacked the one out of 8a (deploying webapps) and added a link
to the full details on the Installation page.  6c (what's new in
dspace.cfg) still needs attention.
