Resolution: Answered
Likely this is caused by the [dspace]/bin/ directory not being in your sudo
user's path.
You should be able to easily resolve this by either adding that [dspace]/bin/
directory to the path, or just running:
./dspace create-administrator
Notice the "./" before 'dspace' command tells Ubuntu to look in the current
directory for that command.
You likely shouldn't need to run this command with 'sudo', assuming you are
logged in with the 'dspace' user.
