No "troubleshooting" section in DSpace documentation?

In searching the current DSpace documentation I became aware that we have no
readily visible section on troubleshooting or common errors. I'm astonished to
think I never noticed this. We should gather up some of the good advice
sprinkled through the Wiki, and other places, and organize it into a
well-labelled starting place for people trying to fix simple problems.
