That sounds good enough for me. I'd vote to get Pull #5 merged into 
dspace-services ASAP then.

This also means we obviously may need to release a new copy of 
dspace-services (minimally a SNAPSHOT release) to Maven Central before 
we can properly update the POM dependencies in our main DSpace/DSpace 
code repo updated to fix this hanging issue with Bamboo.
