Hi Developers & Committers, Just a friendly reminder. In order to apply for Google Summer of Code for 2013, we need to have a list of DSpace project ideas along with some potentially interested mentors.
So, if you have any ideas for a student summer project, please add them to: https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/GSOC/DSpace+Summer+of+Code+Ideas (On that same page there are also links to previous GSoC ideas pages, which may be worth looking through to see if any of those projects are still interesting) Obviously, any project ideas should: * Involve programming * Be doable in a Summer (or at least be able to get to some defined "endpoint" in a summer) * Be doable by a Student Programmer (who may or may not need to first get up-to-speed on DSpace) Please feel free to add any ideas you have for possible projects.
