When an item with a Creative Commons license is displayed, the Creative Commons
corporate logo is shown. According to Creative Commons Trademark policy [1]
this logo can only be used to point to their home page. However, DSpace uses
this logo to link to the license assigned to the item.
I think the best solution would be to use the button [2] of the license
assigned to the item. This way users familiar with Creative Commons licenses
can easily know the license of the item by just looking at the button.
