Hi Sarah, as the person requesting this issue, it would be very helpful if you
tried to answer Kostas' questions from the point of view of your use case.
Getting additional feedback from other repository managers (e.g. DCAT) would be
very helpful, if done in a timely manner (this has a chance to go to 4.0 if the
code is in good shape within about a month).
