From time to time someone suggests that an operation to be applied across all EPersons would of course be done using a curation task.
AFAICT the curation system doesn't take any notice of EPersons, being concerned only with the content of the repository. But we do need some way to enumerate and operate on EPersons (and Groups, and there may be other similar entities coming along to support naming authorities for persons).
