1) DataCite stores metadata of the things that got a DOI. Our cronjob will be able to send metadata updates to DataCite. Are there any hooks within DSpace we can plugin to get informed if the metadata of an item got changed?
2) As the title of this ticket shows, we yet added support for DOIs to dspace-api only. We did not care about the UIs. While this shouldn't be much work, I'm afraid the we nevertheless won't have time to care about it before the release of DSpace 4.0. Can anyone help us with this issue please?
