Valorie Hollister commented on DS-1453 repository content analysis DCAT had a preliminary discussion and believe a content analysis module would be nice to have, but also rank the priority as fairly low. There has been work in the community to build analysis outside of DSpace (recent presentation at OR13 by Terry Brady from Georgetown http://or2013.net/sessions/focus-your-content-not-ingesting-your-content) which may be useful to refer to. DCAT members will post their suggestions of what reports they think would be useful directly to this issue over the next few weeks.
