Still one more question: how to _force_ update all items metadata? "dspace oai import" only imports new or updated items. It would be good to re-import all to be sure all chars are displayed correctly.

For example http://dspace.emu.ee/oai/request?verb=ListRecords&metadataPrefix=ore contains "EMÜ Dspace."
