Hardy Pottinger reopened DS-1668 psi-probe.war should be in tomcat/webapps not dspace/webapps Well... ~/tomcat/webapps is a fine place for a webapp, but Tomcat can't do more than one appbase, so this fix also needs a context fragment to make it work. I have a branch ready to do a PR, and I've confirmed it completely addresses this issue, so, reopening this, and will close when I merge the PR.
