Description: Apart from the command line use of the BTE batch metadata import, it would be nice if there was a UI for the batch import.

The user must select the data file to upload, the type of the datafile (bibtex, csv, etc.) and the collection that the items should be imported to.

The corresponding service must be accessible via the administrative sidebar.
