I apologize for posting the question into multiple lists. Yes, I am talking
about the Discovery facets that appear on the right hand side bar. I would like
to disable it for the main site and only enable it for certain collections and
communities. I was not able to find a quick way to do that in DSpace 3.2.

In version 1.7.2, I could edit config/dspace-solr-search.cfg in the following
way to disable facets on the main site page.

#solr.facets.site=dc.contributor.author,dc.subject,dc.date.issued_dt
solr.facets.community=dc.contributor.author,dc.subject,dc.date.issued_dt
solr.facets.collection=dc.contributor.author,dc.subject,dc.date.issued_dt

Any help is appreciated. And please let me know if more clarification is needed.

Thanks.

I'm not sure what you're asking makes sense. Can you explain what exactly you
mean by "enable Discovery only for certain collections"?
What page elements would you like to see or not see in specific pages?
Are you only talking about facets?

P.S. Please, don't post one question to two mailing lists.
