The last PR has been merged. It includes all the functionalities shown in the OR2013 ppt (real time lookup, search, batch import) and has been refactored, with a great involvement of the EKT team, to work on top of BTE

This contribution add to the DSpace the ability to import from the major bibliographic database both online than local (file based).
Out-of-box it provides plugins to import from:
- DOI via crossref API
- PubMedID via webservices
- ArXiv
- local BibTeX files
- local files in ISI Plain text format
