In the SolrLogger.java the method
public static ObjectCount[] queryFacetDate(String query,
String filterQuery, int max, String dateType, String dateStart,
String dateEnd, boolean showTotal, Context context)
must have the context parameter to be able to localise the month facet.
because it calls method
private static String getDateView(String name, String type, Context context)
that gets the month value.

Solr Monthly statistics is not localised.
Monthly statistics does not consider the currentLocale.
