From dspace-devel, 21 Jan 2014, because I forgot that I'd filed this: The minimized(?) copy of bootstrap.css has an unmatched close-comment just after the license notice. I don't know whether this was a manually-inserted error :-) or done automatically by some tool. The un-minimized copy (bootstrap.css) does not have this error. It's a small matter, but it results in NetBeans always adding a red error flag to dspace-jspui in the project list, which (a) is distracting and (b) teaches us to ignore error flags! I hesistate to just edit the minimized CSS, because I don't know whether the error will come back and should be fixed elsewhere. ??? Upstream's version seems correct. Perhaps the license checker damaged it? The original has "*//*" (no whitespace at all, an interesting corner case) between two comment bodies. Now that I look at it again, this file seems to have lost its original copyright notice. Probably we need to adjust the license checker to ignore this file, and remove the DSpace boilerplate (and the extra "*/").

An extra close-comment pair "*/" seems to have been introduced during minimization. As a result, bootstrap.min.css always shows up in my IDE with an annoying red error flag. I would just fix it, but I don't know how the minimized version comes to be there, so the problem might be reintroduced if its source isn't hunted down properly. dspace-jspui/src...
