In StartSubmission Step I tried to upload a RIS file format extracted from ACM digital Library (http://dl.acm.org/) but metadata were not loaded;
I'm quite sure that ACM exposes a valid RIS format but in the log file BTE writes that attached file is not valid.
Also I did not receive any error message or alert on the screen.
