HI everybody,
can anyone tell me how many initial administrative accounts can we make in
dspace through dsrun org.dspace.administer.CreateAdministrator command.
second is:
i am unable to register new users. i set the email parameters accordingly as
told by our system administrator but still it gives error "unable to send email
to this address"
