Hello-

I would like to poll the DSpace audience in general about your use of the
configurable submission feature.

We create submission forms (we have been calling this the "submission
template") for different content types. Fields present on the submission
template will show up during the submission process. For example: Podcast -
we add extent, duration... Thesis - we add department, college, school.

After applying a submission template to a collection, the item template is
created and populated with metadata specific to that collection.

If you wouldn't mind sharing...

1. What types of submission templates do you have? Give examples.

2. How many submission templates do you have?

3. Is having too many a problem? Are you experiencing problems? What are
the problems?

You feedback is much appreciated. Thank you.

Ronee
