Hello,

the text is in the message catalogue message.xml see
<message key="xmlui.dri2xhtml.structural.head-subtitle">DSpace/Manakin 
Repository</message>

The background image for the Kubrick header in 
[dspace-source]dspace-xmlui/dspace-xmlui-webapps/src/main/webapp/themes/Kubrick/images/kubrickheader.jpg
 
contains no text at all.

The heading "Dspace/Manakin Repository" is used a second time in the 
[dspace-source]/dspace/config/news-xmlui.xml.
