Hi Ron,

You only need to run upgrade scripts for each major version.  So you'll
only need 1.3.x-1.4.x, 1.4.x-1.5.x, 1.5.x-1.6.x, and 1.6.x-1.7.x.  

The scripts update the database, which only changes for major
versions.
