Hi, DSpace has support for Shibboleth out-the-box:
- https://wiki.duraspace.org/display/DSPACE/Configuring+DSpace+and+Shibboleth It is likely that the Shibboleth functionality could be used by other single-sign-on systems that use apache filters to protect certain paths which then pass authentication details via headers. Most of the shibboleth configuration is just stating which headers to look for.
