I just did a test run of a command-line import into a collection that has Workflow Step 2 set (Accept/Reject/Edit Metadata). I was able to import without having to go through this step -- which is great! That's what I want! But did this happen because in the line command I used an eperson that's in the Administrator group? Or does command-line import always bypass the review workflow steps?
