Hi Sönmez, thank you for your translation. We'll gladly accept a translation for DSpace 3.0 or even DSpace 1.8. Just 1.7 is a bit old and there will be no more langpack releases for it.
We can accept Messages.properties (dspace and JSPUI) and messages.xml (XMLUI) translations. We haven't yet agreed on how to package and distribute the other files, but feel free to upload it as an attachment to our wiki. This page may be a bit outdated, but is still the most relevant one: [1]. Once you update your translation to 1.8 or 3.0, please, send it to our Jira [2] and we'll make it part of the language pack.
