I am hoping you could help with an issue we are currently experiencing with
statistics in our dspace setup, specifically statistics.
During November we installed the atmire_statistics_exporter_1_1_2_1.6.2.patch
and it appears that since then no reports have been generated.
I think the main issue is that no dspace-log-general.dat and
dspace-log-monthly.dat files are not being created and thus reports cannot be
generated.
Any ideas why this would be the case? I have checked the logs with DEBUG mode
on, but nothing seems to jump out at me (can post a copy if needs be).
