We have done batch import in Dspace 3.1. After submitting, we want the
"annonymous" user should not open or see even the meta data of this particular
collection. Dspace has to ask him to give UN and Password to enter into the
collection.
For doing this
I have seen the following messages given by Mr. Lighton Phiri, and Claudia
Jurgon as given below

>> Hello,

>> Login using your administrator account, then navigate to the

>> link right at the bottom called 'Edit authorization policies
>> directly'; from there, you can add and remove policies associated to
>> the collection in question.

>> DSpace will 'politely' notify anyone without credentials that

the item and its bitstream derive their resource policies from the
DEFAULT_ITEM_READ and DEFAULT_BITSTREAM_READ of the owning collection
during submission.
Once submitted, changing the rights of a collection does not affect its
items.
You can change policies using wildcard via the administration ->
authorization -> advanced item/wildcard policy tool
Hope that helps

make and select for the above policy ?
