Hello,
We are considering implementing automated article-deposits from BioMed Central
to our IR via SWORD. If anyone has gone down this path before and could answer
a few question, that would be great.
1- Is there much tweaking/cleaning of the metadata received from BMC is
required?
2- What workflow do you have in place to verify author affiliations? How much
staff time is involved?
3- Does anyone contact the authors to let them know their work is now available
through your IR?
Any input or advice would be appreciated.
