Hi, In my repository, most of the items have been imported from a previous one. As such, they are not owned by anybody (or maybe by the administrator).
I would like to chang ethe ownership so the items appears like they have been imported by one of the librarian. Similarly, we will have some temporary staff working in adding a bunch of older items to DSpace. But when they are done, they will not be working on DSpace anymore and all the items they have imported should belong to one of the librarian. Why shoul dthe items belong to the librirain and not other temporary staff or administrator? Because the librarians will be the ones in charge of accepting to send out the bitstreams when we receive requests (temp staff will not even have an email anymore and this is not my role). So how to change the ownership of an item? I have noticed that a temporary account cannot be deleted once it has submitted an item, but I have no idea where this information is being kept.
