Dear Professional Colleagues, We have regularly been receiving requests from professional through out the country to extend the last date of registration for International Conference on Academic Libraries (ICAL-2009). It is my pleasure to inform you that the Organizing Committee considered the sanctity of the issue and decided to extend the last date of registration up to 15th September, 2009. Friends, there was a overwhelming response to our call for papers and we have received 170 paper contributions. We have received good response for Registration in the conference. Delhi is the capital of country and all arrangements needs to be made in advance to keep our promise to make it a Conference with Difference. I request all the professional to register for the conference well in advance and avoid last minute registration. This will definitely help us to make all necessary arrangements. KINDLY NOTE THE FOLLOWING 1. The Conference is scheduled from 5th to 8th October, 2009. A Pre-Conference Tutorial on Virtual Referencing is scheduled for 5th October, 2009. The inaugural function of the conference will take place on 5th October, 2009, evening. 2. The last date of registration is 15th September, 2009. 3. The registration payment is to be made by local Cheque/ Demand Draft prepared in favour of Registrar, University of Delhi, Payable at Delhi (India). 4.
