We haven't upgraded in some time, and before I begin this task, I'd like the 
corporate wisdom of running the update-sequences.sql as just part of the 
maintenance of the database.

We've had too many purges/deletions and so many batch adds that I don't even 
have an estimate in my mind.

Is there any issue running it just to run it and see if finds anything wrong?
