Thank you all SO much! I was able to get everything fixed. I changed my ROOT directory for Jetty9 by simply renaming the /xmlui folder to /ROOT and then restarted.
Once I removed /xmlui from the Apache proxy settings everything just worked beautifully! I can now get started on my actual archival work for this project. :) http://lgbtqbib.org/ Thanks again!
