Hi, The issue: identical author names appearing as separate entries in the 'by author' index.
When one simply selects the 'edit' item -> 'edit metadata' item for say, any item it appears to re-assign it as a separate author entry in the browse 'by author' index. It is creating a lot of duplication in our IR author index Wondering why this might be? Many thanks!
