It helps, Thank you so much. I am able to customize the emails now. However I have issue configuring email services using gmail on the Ubuntu Server. I have Dspace 6.3 installed on an Ubuntu Server and another installed on Windows 10 OS. The email services works perfectly fine on the Dspace installed on Windows 10 OS however the one installed on Ubuntu Server 15.05 does not work. Can you assist me on this too?
Both Dspace application has the same Dspace.cfg file and configurations.
