At this time, DSpace does not have an out-of-the-box document viewer. There are a number of external solutions listed on that page that might be installed alongside DSpace (or you might be able to customize your DSpace to use such a solution). Unfortunately, we don't have installation instructions available on the wiki yet for any of these options. Hopefully, if someone on this list has already integrated a third-party document viewer into DSpace locally they'd be willing to share their experiences.
