Greetings Colleagues, Please assist - we recently installed DSpace-CRIS and after we loaded some research outputs we are able to see item level statistics like "Page View(s)" and "Downloads". However, the General Statistics page "Item View Count" and "Item Download Count" are not showing with the message "No data available" but "Deposited Item Count" is showing and is accurate..
