Unfortunately, in DSpace 7.x, screenshot errors usually will never provide 
enough information to debug the real problem. You'll need to look for the 
underlying error message in either the UI (via your browser's DevTools) or 
the backend's logs (or both).  See that guide for more information.  

Once you find the underlying issue, if you cannot figure out the cause, 
feel free to send it to this mailing list & hopefully someone can help you.
