Hi Everyone, Windows, Tomcat 9.6, DSpace 7.4

I have tried replacing the JARs as suggested, even though the missing JARs were associated with DSpace 7.3. I also tried rebuilding the backend to make sure there was nothing funky there but I still get the same error with the handle server. Nothing is showing up in any of the other log files.
