Hi all, I would like to ask is it normal that Community Administrator or Collection Administrator can't add logo to collection? This can only be done as Site Administrator. In addition to my DSpace installations, I've tried doing this on the site demo7.dspace.org. Same effect. Is this a bug or normal operation of the system?
