Hi Tuan, The Embargo Lifter is no longer necessary. Embargoes are lifted automatically in DSpace. To understand how embargoes work in DSpace 7, please see this section of the documentation: https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Embargo#Embargo-DSpaceEmbargoFunctionality
