Hi Mariusz, Are you using the default settings for cc.license as they appear in dspace.cfg? Especially make sure the "cc.api.rooturl" is the same:

That's odd to me though, but you may want to check and see if "cc.api.rooturl" is using HTTPS. If you are using those settings, then I'd recommend submitting a bug ticket.
