Good day everyone,

I am having the following problem customizing the DSpace interface.  I stop 
the DSpace instance, then I put DSpace in developer mode successfully.  I 
am not able to access the localhost:4000 via the browser.  The page 
partially loads with a "500 Service Unavailable" page.  See screenshot 
below.

Please advise what may be the issue and how I can rectify it.
