Hi, Unfortunately DSpace 6 is no longer under support <https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSPACE/Support+for+DSpace+5+and+6+is+ending+in+2023>. It's possible you've found a bug, but that won't be fixed in v6.
This feature has been enhanced in DSpace 7 with additional configurations / control over how you want these requests to be processed. So, you may want to consider upgrading to DSpace 7 at some point in the future. https://wiki.lyrasis.org/display/DSDOC7x/Request+a+Copy Tim On Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 2:05:42 AM UTC-6 naboe...@gmail.com wrote: > Dears, > > Any advise on this? > > > > On 25 Jan 2024, at 10:44 AM, Nada Aboueata <naboe...@gmail.com> wrote: > > > > > > Hi, > > > > we are using the default workflow of Request a copy of a document on > DSpace 6.3.
