We are experiencing an urgent issue with our DSpace repository and would appreciate your immediate assistance.
Our DSpace repository had been working perfectly without any problems. However, something unexpected happened this morning. Users logged into the system successfully, but they discovered that the menus associated with their roles had disappeared. For example: - *Submitters* can no longer see the *"Add Item"* menu. - The *left-side navigation menu* is completely missing. - The same issue is affecting *Editors* and *Approvers*, who can no longer access the menus and functions that were previously available to them. These user accounts were functioning correctly until this morning, and no intentional changes were made to their roles or permissions. Could you please help us investigate this issue as a matter of urgency?
