Hi,
We have recently started receiving a "og4j:ERROR Failed to excute sql"
error when batch importing items into our workflow (see attachment).
We've previously imported records without problems, and haven't made any
changes to our setup.
The error only appears when importing the first item to a collection,
directly after the bitstream is loaded. The importer then continues to
load the remaining records into the collection without errors. All
records appear to be successfully loaded to DSpace (including the one
with the error), but we've found that they sometimes end up in the
submitter's "unfinished submissions" rather than in the workflow.
Does anyone have any advice?
