Hi Mika

I put my themes in

[dspacesource]/dspace/target/dspace-1.5.0-build.dir/webapps/xmlui/themes

and that works for me.

The font size is coming from structural.xsl in themes/dri2xhtml/. Search 
for font-sizing and you'll see what is creating you large fonts.
