I think the point that some are making is that the Foundation needs to
take advantage of the resources that the community provides, too.

Where is this documented?  Precisely how and in what form do they wish
to receive contributions?

How and on what schedule is the new documentation released?  Where is
this documented?  There are no '.pdf's or '.doc's in the source kit as
of rev 3005 this morning.

How do contributors get copies of the current working document, so
that they can know what they are contributing to?  Where is this
documented?
